They were back in contact 3hrs later with quote on better system than requested for better price than offered by large and medium sized businesses in their quotes. Signed contract that day. They got permit and picked up system.. They came the next day removed old system and installed new condenser and handler with ultraviolet light for handler and condensate pump in 7hrs. Relocated ac fuse box and line. Left no mess. Brought entire system, electrical up to code. Quality workmanship and craftmanship. They have two other companies. I will be using them to redesign and renovate kitchen and baths in the future. More so I was impressed with their business sense, integrity, fairness and character. They get 5 stars all day!"

"My A/C system froze up. While searching for an A/C company to come out on Labor Day weekend I found Greyguard Heating & Cooling. They listed 24 hour service available. Jacob came out very shortly after I contacted them about repairing it and got my system cooling but made it very clear the 11 year old system needed to be replaced. I got a quote and requested it be a Rheem A/C system. They drove to Jacksonville to get the heat pump. Talk about customer service. "I generally do not respond to reviews but this time I feel compelled. All Star Plumbing is probably the best contractor I have ever hired. I have well water and the system stopped working. Larry (the VP) came out and I had running water in the house after he finished working on the system. It was late in the afternoon but he went the extra mile so I at least had water. It was not drinkable but I could now I could flush the toilet. A few days later All Star Plumbing came back and installed a new reverse osmosis system. Now I have drinkable water. Larry came back several times to check and make sure everything was working. So often you take water for granted until you lose it. I feel so satisfied that I now have a contractor who I can depend on for quick reliable service. Thank you All Star Plumbing you have a new returning customer"
