"Of the five quotes, I got, Goudi had the lowest quote. His quote was almost 20% lower than some of the others like glass doctor. I was worried about quality since his price was so low. So I even checked with some of the other vendors to understand why they are unable to meet the low price or if they can tell me what is wrong with the lower price. They gave me the exact part number of the glass they will be ordering and specs. On comparison, I figured Goudi was also giving me the same product so he is simply able to manage a low cost structure, probably due to personally taking care of a lot of the operations with no corporate overhead. That brings up another aspect. The owner Goudi personally manages accounts and orders which is good since the entitlement is with the owner and not a receptionist who cares about going home in at 5 pm. All vendors take approx 10 days to get custom glass and I believe Goudi was faster even in that. The installation crew was at my place on time and did the installation with almost no disturbance to the people in the residence (which included a 2 month old). Overall great value for money and amazing customer service. I dont know why I would have taken the business to another vendor."
