I have owned my home for over 18 years, and have done a lot of work on it - from smaller jobs, to full underpinning and finishing basement, full kitchen gut and redo, full bathroom gut and redo. Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. My neighbors on both sides and in front of my home all commented on how great his crew was, how polite they were, and how great the driveway lookd. I HIGHLY recommend Melendez Renovations, LLC!"

"I got several proposals from different companies to address my basement flooding and foundation issues. Caleb, with Classic Home Advisors, was the best from the very beginning. He understood the issue and explained to me a few options available to me to address the issues with my basement flooding. The proposal was clear and indicated exactly what and how the work was going to be performed. It took 1 week from start to finish and throughout the execution of the project, I was kept informed of their progress.
