Representative came equipped with samples of gutters they offered and shared the process that the company used. their prices were reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Project was finished in a timely manner (one day) as promised in the contract. Also, there were no surprise additional costs during the process. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."
