"I hired Robert from OC Luxury Home Theater to install a receiver in my surround sound system - He did spent a very large amount of time regarding the installation and programing the Universal Remote (which I do know is tricky) but eventually had problems getting the DVD section functioning. I did pay him in full and he was going to fix the DVD portion and e-mail all paperwork to which I haven't received any contact by him or return of my phone call. I had to have another technician verify that the work was done correctly and that the installed Sony receiver was current equipment since I have no purchase receipts for the warranty."
