He explained everything to me that he was going to do and followed threw on everything he promised. No surprises either, no extra charges when they showed up like a another very well known company did to me and I sent them away. They showed up on time and again he answered more questions I had even though he had 4 more installs to complete after me and this was at 2:00PM. Cleaned up everything and took a lot of time getting media out of my water heater that caused our last water softener to fail.
