"I called Parker on a Tuesday for an estimate and He came out the same day.He gave me a written estimate which I was satisfied with and signed on to do the work.He and His crew arrived on Thursday of the same week and and started working on Our Gutters(take down old Copper Gutters)and preparing new seamless Gutters.He worked a full Day Thursday and came back Friday to install Gutters and the job was completed by days end.I was very satisfied with the Job,cleanup and overall care of our property.I would highly recommend James for further work in the future."

"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."
