The estimate did not include the cost of re-finishing the wood floor, because again, the refinisher wouldn't do the job unless the whole first floor was done--and this did not include a price for that service, either. I assume the subcontractors have profit built into their bids, and I know Mr. Suazo had profit built into his overall bid. So, I fail to understand why my job, however small, is not "worthwhile", since the profit will still be there.
