"Overall we had a very positive experience with Mark and Chuck.  They showed up on time and kept us informed of the progress.  We removed carpeting and a mdf  base floor from one room to allow for the installation of new flooring, and Mark came by at my request one evening a week or two before the installation to advise us on this part of the tear out, and let us know that he could address an un-level part of the old original plywood sub flooring near a window.  That part looks very level now.  The new wood installation looks professional.  The boards are smooth and tight, with a mellow satin finish.  The refinishing of the original hardwood floors in the rest of the house also came out great.  As I mentioned above, stains and scratches have disappeared, and the satin finish was an excellent choice.  I stopped by on several different days during the project to check on the progress, and the guys were always working.  We had planned to leave in our old (sort of beat up) base boards in place, but Mark mentioned that this would be the time to replace them to match the floor, so we did. I think this was one of the best of many good decisions we made during this project.  The new baseboards and base shoe really look nice with the new floors.  My comment would be, if you are going to hire a professional, then listen to their advice when they give it to you.  These guys were better or equal to others we had price quotes from (a total of four), they worked to make us happy, and gave good advice when needed.  I would recommend them or use them again"

"It had been over ten years since the last vent cleaning so we figured we were probably were over due. When I saw all the glowing air duct reviews, I decided to contact Whole Home Cleaners and got an appointment for the next day. I got a call the evening before Doug was to arrive that he was ill so I appreciate that he wouldn't come when he was sick and that the company let me know ahead of time. We rescheduled for the following day providing he felt better. Doug arrived 40 minutes after the scheduled time and got right to work. We did a walk through of the house pointing out all the vents and familiarizing him where all the vents were. Since he does this for a living he knew better than I where they would be. Doug was great with our dogs (Great Danes) and I was appreciative that I didn't need to board them in order for him to do the work. He caution me that he would need to leave the door a tad ajar so if there were any concerns about the dogs getting out that I was aware of this which was very conscientious of him. Doug also included a dryer vent clean out and said ours was very dirty and he would recommend dryer vents be cleaned out every two years . Realizing build up of lint in the dryer can make a dryer work much harder if its not cleaned out is a good recommendation not to mention the fire hazard so was glad that was done. He did the entire house in about 2 hrs and 45 minutes. He was very efficient and didn't leave any dirt and even took his shoes off to work. He showed me how he loosens the dirt from the main furnace returns and showed me all the dirt that was collected from the house which made me feel like it was worthwhile that we had done it and perhaps we'll see less dust for a while. Doug was a delight to work with and was kind and efficient. I would use him again. He does a great job and is a hard worker."

"Our carpets look fantastic!! I would give an A+ if it was possible. From scheduling to the actual day we were very pleased. Kenneth did an amazing job. I loved that we could walk on our carpets with in two hours. I did a lot of research on Angie's list so I asked about add on services which we purchased. I have had to clean up a kitty mess since then and the stain came right up. Would highly recommend All Care Chem-Dry. Kenneth looked at our tile in the basement. He has the equipment necessary to clean it as well. We will have him back in the near future!"
