"Really amazing. My AC went out on a Saturday - so many companies weren't open. I went to Home Advisor to see if I could find someone to come TODAY. At first West Coast Chief Repair didn't have someone - and then they called me back within 5 -8 minutes and were able to send someone within 2 hours. Really grateful and thankful for great service. Price was fair and they fixed asap. Thank you !!! "

"Happy with service. Southwest did quality work in fixing my central air. Getting a firm estimate up-front was a challenge, which led to some initial frustration, but ultimately they delivered in a timely manner, at reasonable rates. Would recommend."

"As it turned out the repair was very simple. There was a problem with a circuit breaker. Michael fixed things quickly, and I only had to pay the minimum service charge. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need."

"Sean was very thorough and quite knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He went the extra mile to find out what was the problem and fixed it. He repaired the loose wire in the electrical panel box, added the R410A coolant that was needed and was very courteous. When I received the call back about servicing me, it was quick and the hour window frame was less. They are prompt and deliver. I would highly recommend their service and will be using them again. The Pricing for the job was extremely reasonable and fair. They did not charge a late night fee as well, nor did they try to take advantage of me because I am a woman when it came to cost. GREAT WORK!!"

"My AC broke in the middle of a terrible heatwave. I contacted the company at 7PM on a Monday night, and they came out the next afternoon. The tech spent less than an hour, identified the problem (we needed a new capacitor), had the part in his truck, and repaired the AC. So far, so good. The problem came when he gave us the invoice. The total charge was $425, but it did not break out labor and part costs. We asked the tech to do so, but he said he couldn't, and we could only get that information thru their office. Four phone calls and several emails and days later, we finally got a break down, which revealed that they had charged us $242 for less than an hour of labor. We felt this was very high for one hour of labor. We've since found out that all HVAC companies price their work by a charge sheet, and the time they spend doing your job is not related to what they charge for the labor. They charge the same flat rate whether they fix your problem in one hour or have to come back for two more days! We eventually spoke to the owner about our concerns, and he was considerate and sent us a refund of part of the cost of the labor. So, even though we were upset to begin with, the company did the right thing, and we would hire them again. They do good work, and obviously care about their customer relationships. "
