"I hired Rose Pest solutions for what I thought was a mouse in my family room walls. They sold me a contract for over $500 in order to get someone to come out. Turns out the mouse was actually a squirrel and they said that my contract doesn't cover squirrels. Seems to me they should do an evaluation before selling you a contract. They refused to do anything about the squirrel that is still living in my walls."

"For the last two months I have been hearing faint clicking or scratching sounds coming from an area near a ceiling light in the living room. I called and scheduled an inspection. I was told that the price for the inspection would be $185. Even though the noise had stopped a week or so before the scheduled inspection, I decided to go ahead with the inspection, thinking that whatever was making the noise would probably come back. Aaron arrived on time. He listened to a recording that I had made of the scratching sound, and he said he thought a rodent might have nested itself in the attic. He then walked around the exterior of the house, looking for areas where a rodent might enter. He also walked on the roof and looked up through the hatch of the attic. The inspection took around 15 minutes. He found one possible entry point on the side of the house and sealed it with material that matched the appearance of the surrounding siding. He asked if I wanted him to set traps near the attic hatch, but I declined since the noise had stopped and the hatch was 25 feet away from the source of the noise. The day after the inspection, the scratching sounds returned. I think I need to find someone who will go into the attic area in order to find the source of the noise."

"In November of 2017 I called to learn more information about a bat problem in our house. Kevin was great and explained everything. He explained that since the bats were hibernating, there was nothing we could do at that time and to call May 1 of the following year. He explained there was a small window of time where we could take action before mating season starts in June. I called him May 1, 2018 and he told me I had to wait longer for the bats to get active. I called mid-May to check in as I knew we had a small window of time to address the issue and he got upset at me for following up and told me my name was on a list and he would call me when the bats were active enough. June and July passed and I did not follow up as I thought there was nothing that could be done since it was mating season. I allowed for August to pass waiting for a returned phone call and scared to follow up and upset him again. Finally, at the end of August I called to check in. As I began to introduce myself, and said I had called earlier and my name should be on his list, he cut me off and said, "yeah, well I lost the list." We talked some more and I explained that I thought we knew where the bat was entering and he became upset and told me the entry point would not be that low to the ground. I responded with "well, you would know better than me, but we do think we found an area with more activity." Next, he began to explain his pricing for initial visits and follow up visits. At that point I brought up the fact that we brought someone else out in 2016 who could not find any issues and I was concerned that he may not find anything and what happens then. Perhaps I should have been more blunt and asked directly if nothing is found what the cost would have been (still fully expecting to pay for the initial visit) or if there would be follow ups if the problem continued, but I was trying to nicely tiptoe around the issue as he seemed agitated. At that point, he screamed at me "Jesus F****** Christ" and hung up. Except he didn't hang up. I could hear him continue to swear, yell and mumble about me. Then, I heard his conversation with another person. He was very upset that I thought the entry point of the bats was low equating it to questioning a mechanic working on your car. Again, just to reiterate, I never challenged him on this point of high vs. low entry, but said, "well, you would know better than me." I thought it was perfectly reasonable to assume that the entry point might be higher, but around the same area. Guess not. I was shaking and distraught at the end of the conversation. I could not believe the unprofessional nature of this phone call, especially as felt as though I was walking on eggshells to not anger him. Please be careful if you decide to proceed."
