"The installers were very professional and courteous. They arrived early and prepped the floors for install of vinyl planks in kitchen. Dining room, living room, hallway, bathroom, laundry room, and two closets. They worked diligently through the day. They made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the job. They cleaned up all the trashplus were constantly sweeping up . They managed to get it all done in 2 days and took me around house to make sure it was what I wanted. The boss, Guy, kept in touch with me to make sure all was good. I cant say enough about this company"

I thought fit was a leak in the pipes. However, the toilet upstairs was leaking, which caused water to run down into the kitchen that made the ceiling leak. They were able to open up the ceiling, find the problem, and fixed the problem in such expediate timing. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
