"My husband and I went through a bit of a time with a mini-split A/C and heating unit we had installed back in August 2022. The unit cooled well but it ran loudly and would surge very high then back down for no reason. We started using the heater in Dec. when it was getting cold at night and immediately began having problems, always shutting off and going to the codes. The owner of Indoor Airman, Jeff, immediately sent Vic to check it out. To shorten this review, we will say that after several trips out to Williams and unable to get the unit to work properly, Indoor Airman replaced it with a new unit and motherboard and ità ¢à  à  s been working beautifully! We apparently got a à ¢à  à  lemonà ¢à  à  unit which was NOT any fault of Indoor Airman. We canà ¢à  à  t say enough good things about how this was handled, and how professional and kind every employee was who came to our home. "I hired Tim and his crew to replace an old shingle roof, add gable eaves and to install shingle roof with an attic fan. They removed the old roof in one day and left the property cleaner than before they started, which was outstanding! They stayed busy over the next couple of days and completed the work on time and the quality was excellent. I intend to call them again soon when the rest of my remodel is needed. I recommend Pacific Builders."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Marc and Kimberly did an amazing job! They painted two rooms and two accent walls and it all looks great. In one of the rooms the previous painters had accidentally gotten some paint on the ceiling, but Kimberly took the initiative and looked at some paint cans that had been left in our garage, saw that one matched the ceiling in the room, and volunteered to touch up the ceiling where mistakes had been made before. Overall they were very professional and also a lot of fun to work with. Definitely recommend and I will be using them for any future paint jobs we might have!"

"I needed to have my roof replaced along with 5 skylights.  Mid Valley Building provided a very detailed bid and the price came in at least a few thousand dollars under any other bids I received, this included the price of new skylights. Not only did they provide Excellent service, but the installation was done with honesty, integrity and professionalism.  This company is family owned and displays wonderful ethics. They showed up on time with a great crew and completed the installation in two and a half days.  Not only were they prompt, but they made sure to leave the areas around the house cleaned up every day.  I chose Owens Corning Tru Def Duration Series roofing and was so very glad I did since I'm in a high wind and rain area.  They were very courteous and a pleasure to have around.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for honesty, integrity and professionalism in a contractor. I'm a very happy customer and for any other major construction or repairs to be done, they will be are my first call.  In fact, they will be doing some door replacement and decking work for me in the near future.  This was an awesome experience!  Kudos to John, the family and crew!"

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."

"Matt responded to my request quickly, and was able to come that same day. After inspecting my crawl space, he discovered I had a long-standing water leak that had run into the insulation under the house, and was degrading the foundation. He fixed the leak; removed and hauled away the soaked insulation; installed new insulation; reinforced the foundation where it had started to crunble; ran a French drain away from the foundation in case of future leaks; and treated mold on the floor joists. Matt is very good at what he does, reasonably priced and easy to work with. I would highly recomend him."
