"This company was efficient in their work and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I had a complete bathroom remodel after a water leak and they even did outside stair replacement with handrails to my front door. This company went above and beyond on their customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 because I never knew their intended work schedule and was given a 3 day window with them leaving at noon without telling me if they were coming back after lunch. I didn't realize they were letting the tile set and the grout dry. I would have just liked the heads up for that, otherwise their craftmanship was spot on and their tile work was fantastic in the bathroom. Outside they had to do concrete and post work and those are level, Exceptional job well done for both crews."

The project dragged on almost a year. That's when Rene came to the rescue. Rene was able to get the right parts and repair the damage promptly. "Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean."

"The crew did a tremendous job completing the trim install and paint. Despite some curve balls I threw (last minute changes to sheetn type, schedule change etc.), Ali, Alex and the crew handled it better than expected (believe me, I had numerous contractors over the years, but these guys handled it better than any I've hired in the past). The paint work also included small patchwork and significant trim (baseboards, window casings, and door/window trim). The crew had to deal walls that were not straight, and they did so nicely and timely. The work was astonishing, better than my old iphone reveals in the attached pics (this is an honest review; before this job, I have never met any of Orange paint crew or owner and I was not encouraged to give good review). After I paid the bill (very reasonable) I expressed to Alex my desire to hire Orange for a further three rooms in my home in the near future."
