I talked with him early in the week and then he came over to do the job 5 days later. Also helped me look at the structure and decide which steps to get and which size. "My water softener was not working. Wayne came out and told me he care for the problem. He gave me a 30 day guarantee. After about 3 weeks told him it wasn’t working still he told me to get crystal salt not pellet I did that. Still nothing he told me he’d come back out and never showed up. After countless tries (which I have text message to prove) to get him to care for this I hired another plumber that actually did the work and got me a working water softener! I feel ripped off and taken advantage of!"
