"State Heating and Air Conditioning installed my central air and went above and beyond. My schedule was hard to accommodate dude to work and moving from another city. We had some mix ups but Scott installed portable units until everything could be fully installed so my brick house wouldn’t be an oven. Sal and Nick did my install and were very helpful. They were nice enough to put up my new carbon monoxide alarm and changed the filter in my furnace without me asking, just being helpful gentlemen. Now I have AC and I’m a happy camper. Great company, great people. The young ladies in the office were also great. I think her name was Nicole; she made sure to call me back before she left for the day as promised when I had a scheduling issue."

"We have used Kobella for prior maintenance contracts of the HVAC system. The the time came for replacing them and the water heater (Both were about 19 years old), we decided to use their services as well. They gave us all options , were willing to work with us and when the time came to replace the unit, they were prompt, courteous and showed up on time. They has three installers in out place and they completed the work efficiently and in a timely fashion as promised. We got the Amanna HVACs and the Rinnai tankless system installed. They sent out their technician to help us with some problems we had post installation. Though they may be a bit more expensive (But not by much) from the other contractors, they were well worth the extra money. Will recommend them without any reservations."

"I contacted Jaime about repairing my deck a few weeks ago.  He came out, and I showed him exactly what I wanted done.   Eventually, the deck needs to be replaced, but I told Jaime that I was not ready to do that.  I told him that I only wanted to repair and/or replace several boards for now.  He listened to what I wanted and gave me a good estimate a few days later.

"Although prior to the day of service we walked through the job and got confirmation from them the job could be completed, on the day of service we were told the work couldn't be completed in the allotted time. I wanted to pay for additional hours so the work could be completed but the workers left without informing us they were leaving!! I was sitting on the deck and when I went inside to ask them the cost for additional hours, I discovered they were gone! No goodbye, no "sorry we couldn't finish the job," NOTHING. They packed up an left without communicating with me or finishing any of the rooms. I was left with three rooms partially primed and the trim in my living room and dining partially done. They never called to follow up or anything. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and a waste of time and money."
