We purchased a home with badly crumbling stone steps and a disaster of a backyard, and EA transformed the area. They replaced the front steps with gorgeous stone stairs with slate treads. They removed the cracked brick walkway and dangerous stone wall in our backyard, then brought in dirt to level and hydroseed the yard. They also installed a large stone patio where the warped deck was. Now our yard is flat, lush and safe for our kids to play in. Most recently, they came back to save the day after a terrible contractor put in some wooden steps leading from our back door to the new patio. That guy dripped cement all over the new patio and the landing he poured for the stairs was a mess. EA cleaned and repaired everything and the patio looks good as new again. I couldn't speak higher of these guys! They are the best!"

"We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. Foote.  We told Mike our situation and he showed up right away to go over the details.  He had several jobs at the time, but still found the time to fit us and help us out.  He was great. The previous contractors had no idea what they were doing and left the bathroom in a horrible state ? the subway tile was installed completely crooked, the drywall had to be ripped down again, the beadboard was installed in a way that would give us major water damage, etc.  Mike walked us through all of their major mistakes to make sure that we didn?t end up with a bathroom that needed to be gutted again in a few months.  He came up with ideas on how to fix all of their poor-quality work without having to gut the entire bathroom and leave us without a shower for several more weeks.  He was proactive, asked the right questions, walked us through design options, and communicated with us very clearly on the timeline each day.  Somehow, in about 3 weeks, he was able to fix all of the previous contactor?s mistakes and we ended up with a bathroom that we absolutely love.  We are very thankful that he was able to help us out during our horrible experience.  We learned in the process that you can?t trust many contractors but Mike Foote is definitely trustworthy and I would use him again for all future projects.  He?s very easy to work with, his quality of work is great, he works hard to ensure his clients are happy with the end result, and most importantly ? he communicates very clearly about the project.  We should also note that his team was also great to work with and we even ended up using his painter to repaint our entire foyer and bedrooms ? he also did an amazing job.
