"This review is for my mother who is 85 and doesnâ t use a computer: My mom contacted them for a flood in her basement caused by a blocked drainage line from her washer. She contacted them late in the day and he showed up right away. He was able to stop the flooding giving the sump pump the ability to drain the water overnight. He came back the next morning, used the camera to detect where the blockage was, which he then cleared and was able to repair the line and repipe where the washer connected to the sewage line. He was courteous, professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. His pricing was fair for the work he did and he is someone that I highly recommend in an emergency as well as under normal circumstances. Robert Hernandez is a true professional and Iâ m grateful for his expertise and service.
