"Jason came and looked at the basement wall that concerned me.  He said that for as old as my house was, my foundation was in good shape.  Just need to scrape paint, repair, and fill crack, and repaint.  Because my driveway is right next to house, recommended having driveway fixed to slant away from foundation and then seal between wall and driveway, since i don't have water coming into basement I am not in any trouble.  He said that he can't tell me yes I need work done just to make a sale.  I appreciated that he was honest. When it rained, it leaked and caused damage to my family room ceiling- a definite mark against All Weather Seal, BUT, I must say that I have never seen a company stand behind its work like they did. They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.
