"My 8 year old Kenmore washing machine died a quiet death on me. I immediately went to Angie's List for repair options. Mobile Appliance Repair was my choice and I wasn't disappointed except for the fact that I will have to buy a new machine since the bearings are toast and any repair would not be worth it. "Our expensive 2 year old refrigerator ran, but wasn't keeping cold. Called around for repair and they were the only ones to come out that day. They explained it had a small leak somewhere in the system and was out of freon. We could either call a refrigeration repair company, and that's not cheap, or they could put freon with a sealer in it and try that first. It's been 5 days and the frig is working great. American appliance guys were professional, friendly and very careful moving the refrigerator, especially since mine is a 2 piece frig-freezer unit with a trim kit. "I was searching for a provider to fix a 5yr old dryer.  it was making a terrible banging noise, so I decided to seek help
Fewman Service and Repair called almost immediately after an email was sent through Angie's List. 
during the phone call, a time was set up for the provider to come the next day between 12-1 pm.  the provider actually showed up 5 minutes early.
once inside, he took the dryer apart, found the problem, called the parts store, picked up the part, came back immediately and replaced the part.  after putting the dryer back together, the dryer is working beautifully.
I would recommend Fewman Service and Repair to anyone needing a major appliance repair.  I will definitely call again, if anything were to go wrong.
