Unfortunately the water leak damaged our hardwood floor in the master bedroom. We called the company that installed the floor in 2020. The repair job was too small for them and they recommended that we find another contractor. We contacted Angie's List and they recommended Bay area Hardwood Floors. "We just had our office floors replaced by Artistic Floors. Best experience with a contractor EVER. Owner showed up on time for our meeting to get a quote.Materials came in on time. Staff showed up promptly the day of install. They finished in exactly the amount of time they said they would. They were courteous and clean throughout install and cleaned the entire front walk, driveway and path throughout house that they used to get to the room. There were parts of the install (pieces of baseboard) that couldn’t be finished because of a large built in we we were waiting on. As soon as I contacted owner to let him know we were ready, the team was there (on time) a few days later to complete . Awesome job and product and floors look great!"
