Other contractors were not willing to take the "small" job, One "flooring" expert felt it wouldn't come out right. "If I had to describe Mike's work in one word, I would say 'meticulous'. We hired him to add wainscotting and wallpaper in our powder room. With any project, you have expectations of what the completed job would look like, and I must say he far surpassed my expectations. He did incredible work. It looks absolutely beautiful. In addition, he came when he said he would and kept me up to date on the project status. During the install, he maintained a neat and orderly job site and went above and beyond during the clean up at the end. They worked with me trying to schedule appointment due to this being a second home and traveling from out of state. We had to cancel original date because of a storm, but they were able to come out the next week which was great as I had already taken time off from work to get this project done The painting looks amazing!!!! They answered all our questions about the project as they were working on it, without making us feel stupid. They made changes to satisfy our concerns about the work. They were very conscious of being frugal with the materials they were installing. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
