"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! I met the provider and owner of Affordable Tile, Ken Keck, through a personal recommendation when I needed my bathroom done after a pipe burst. Ken sent me to a tile and stone place that had a great selection of quality products at a reasonable price. He completely remodeled the shower and tub and did a beautiful job with great attention to detail.

After this project, I called Ken back to update the bathroom counter tops and kitchen floor. Again, the project was completed on time and with beautiful results. He installed a new faucet and when a plumbing issue came of, he masterfully coordinated with my plumber to get the fix needed to move forward. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have been HOA President and have worked with hundreds of vendors over the years, and Ken was by far the best. He did the work himself ( and with an assistant), takes pride in his work and is very considerate about cleaning up each day to minimize living through construction.

I plan to call Ken next year to do my kitchen counter top and new sink.

Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier. "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

"Called to schedule an estimate. The process is easy and fast. Their guy showed up on time. His knowledge and experience is ok, He gave me an number right on site without detail breakdown. And his estimate is almost twice of other licensed contractors' estimate. I posted my first review about my experience with the estimate. The very next day, the owner, Ron, called me and wanted to see the project himself to understand the situation. He paid me a visit and tried every effort to understand the detail of the project. I am very impressed by his effort and how much he cares about the reputation of his company. He tries to make things right and resubmit a modified proposal which is very competitive. Regardless I hire them or not, their effort deserve a good review."
