He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. "It was Friday, the 13th & my husband noticed a wet stain on the kitchen ceiling. He wanted it fixed right away. I contacted Angie's List and someone called & made an appointment for the next day. Then, Nick called & said because he knew the bad weather that was coming, he showed up at our home by 3:30pm on Friday, went up on the roof & took a picture of the broken & missing shingles.
