"Alexander from A Big Head Pest Control was very professional and thorough, taking the time needed to fully assess and remedy our flying squirrel issue. Through a thorough check of the house, he located multiple entry spots which other pest control professionals that we used in the past missed, As a result we had a recurring problem previously. Alexander texted me before and after pictures of each entry spot he fixed so I could see the issue and correction. I am confident that the work Alexander has done will finally fix our issue of flying squirrels in our house. Everything he did is well above what other services have done in the past both in quality and quantity. The remedy was not inexpensive, but was in line with the time and quality of work. I highly recommend this service and we plan to use him for all of our pest control needs going forward."

"You should have them change the part about the email instructions for indoor pest about how to prepare. With todays treatments you do not need to empty all kitchen and bathroom cabinets per our tech. If I had gone through all that I would have been very angry!"
