Very impressed by this considering she was not a client (yet) at the time. THAT is how you run a business. A lot of companies out there could learn from them.

"Terrone responded immediately to our request for service on Saturday. He came to service our air-conditioner which was working minimally. He did fix it and it gave us relief from the heat. However, we knew that our heat pump/air conditioner was in need of replacement. Terrone talked to us about options, gave us some time to do research on the best choice for our home and came back to do the installation. His pricing was reasonable. He and Caleb worked to removed the old system, install the new system, install our new Smart Thermostat ( I-Comfort) and come back to check on the system and us that everything was working correctly. "The ARS crew did an excellent job replacing my old A/C unit. They were quick, efficient and courteous. However, when backing their truck from my driveway they damaged my landscaping wall. I immediately contacted their customer service and sent them photos showing the wall before and after the damage. It took me several weeks and numerous phone calls until I finally talked them into sending someone to repair the wall. It should not have been so. So, I would definitely recommend ARS Rooter with a caveat: do not sign the release form about possible damage until they are off your property."

The Plumber (Chris) did a great job assessing the problem with the leaky faucet and indicated that given the age of the faucet (41 years), he could attempt to repair it but wouldn't guaranty how it would last and recommended that I replace it. I agreed with his advice especially considering the price comparison of repair vs. replace - the price was reasonable. The quality of the work top notch, on time, and as promised.
