"I had reached out to Lumeco Energy in order to take advantage of the Home Performance with Energy Star program rebates that Pepco offers their customers. After my initial energy audit with Lumeco, they provided me with a scope of work for new insulation, a new heat pump, and a new water heater (all rebate eligible). The cost was very competitive and the workers who came for the install were quick, clean, and incredibly polite. I've felt a noticeable increase in my home's comfort level since the work was completed and I'm very happy with my results."
