This is a clean-cut young man with excellent skills and runs a business the way it should be run. In a world of shady contractors, Eric is a undiscovered gem. He won't be the cheapest bid, but he certainly does an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay -- I had no issues writing him a check. Eric poured a concrete driveway for my trailer, which included posts for a fence, and a graveled area. We agreed on a price, set a project start date, duration, and everything went as planned. The quality was outstanding! Whether you're a home owner or looking for a sub-contractor - Eric is your man. He lets you know when to expect him on the job site, the work to be done for the day, assures you are always on the same page, and keeps you informed throughout the project. I watched as the driveway was poured (I was curious as to the process) and overheard the cement truck and concrete pumping guys talking. They were impressed on how easy Eric made their jobs. How everyone was there on time, Eric explained how the pour was going to proceed, and there weren't any delays – Guys Luv it when they can get-in, get-out, and get-on to the next job. From the moment the cement starts pouring - the clock is ticking before it hardens. It's impressive to see Eric work cement, form the driveway, and orchestrate 5 other guys -- all at the same time. It can be a stressful time, but Eric was a Kool-Kat who had a handle on everything. I work in technology where perfection is the expectation, so I pay attention to the details. I also work as a project manager, so I know how difficult it is to make sure all the moving parts mesh together seamlessly. After reading the other reviews and watching Eric work - It's clear to see... A little bit of Eric goes into each of his projects and you can see his sense of pride in a serving others with a job well done."

"I was initially unsure hiring them for landscape as they are a construction company. But i was desperate to get the yard mowed and weeded. They are two brothers who started their company in October. The worked like dogs for over two hours. They did a BEAUTIFUL job. The yard has not looked this good in years. The mowed, sprayed, dug weeds, picked up leaves, blew the front and back and totally cleaned up after their work. I would recommend them to anyone. I am having them back to clean the moss off of the roof, and have hired them to come back every two weeks to mow and spray, at least thru the summer. "Kris and his team were very professional. He brought down the cost of each item I wanted done so I could choose what I could afford to do. He was willing to split the job in half. He did the front yard and will come back next spring to do the back yard. Kris was willing to did out the stump of a large tree that I paid someone else to do. The job the other people was done poorly. I really love the look of my front yard and was impressed how clean Kris left his work area clean, I would recommend Kris to any one who needs landscaping done,"

The job site was very difficult to access down a steep hill lacking any good pathway and getting materials to location was backbreaking work. The retaining wall is well-built. Marcelo promised us the best price last Spring if we could wait until Fall when his business slowed down. He made good on his word."
