"Excellent! I would re hire and certainly recommend Nick and crew. They cleaned up every day even when plastering. Even though it is the outside of your home, it was not new install so we used the back patio etc during the renovation. They left everything cleaned up and swept every night. 2018 was a very, very rainy summer and Nick kept us up to date with schedule etc. he is very professional and pleasant to work with.... We had a set budget and needed some guidance on tile selection, pattern ideas, etc. This is where Nick's experience comes in handy! He came out several times with samples, stood in the sun while we walked around and looked at options. He offered several cost options. We finally used his in-site and could not be happier with the outcome. He did not "up sell" in any but wanted us to be happy with outcome. Nick gave us a great suggestion for the driving ledge and steps that have created a really beautiful look to our pool. The pool is fantastic and we are looking forward to another great season this year."

"We are trying to find somebody to put a pool in. We called the one that Angie's List recommended and it is called Dig-M-Installers. I went to get the pool and the pool wasn't there. They didn't have the pool's parts. The other company is guaranteeing me that they will have it by the time Dig-M-Installers has scheduled the appointment. We got the quote from Dig-M-Installers. We got the paper work and everything from Dig-M-Installers. My wife got them from Angie's List. Their normal quote is 1029 dollars. I am getting a discount because it is before some date. I am getting it for 928. They are knocking off a 100 dollars. It was the only one on Angie's List and when we went on the phone book a lot of them sounded shaky. We took for granted that the one that Angie's List has was very good. The people that I came in contact with were very kind and very courteous. I saw an older man but to me they are all young as I am 70 years old. He was in his 40s and he was very nice. He was explaining to me how they would like to put it in, where they would like to put it, which would be the best situation where it won't cost me more money to have it done. They are very nice and clean. So far it is real good. They were very professional. Considering responsiveness, they were right back, right away. With this one man so far, it was very professional. I am waiting for them to install a pool and that is the next situation. I will know better once they install a pool."

Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. "I have a fish pond in the backyard with a water fall and it was in desperate need of repair. It was not done properly and had a lot of erosion so I had them redo it. They did a really nice job. I really liked them. They were there when they said they would be there. I don't know about the price, my husband does. I feel like I can call them up if there's a problem. They are really attentive. I got two different estimates and they came in at roughly the same price. I've been happy with them. It's a woman owned and it was kind of neat as far as I was concerned. I grew up in that Beltsville area so it was nice to have somebody from the neighborhood and a local girl do a good job for me. Her recommendations were very good. They ran into more trouble than they thought they were, but they dealt with it. They didn't expect to find this concrete in the soil. I don't know if it got there from the guy who did the pond work a while ago or it was in the soil from way back even before we moved here. It was like a big surprise and not a pleasant one because it was a lot more work to do. They were excellent. I only had two different prices and they were both very similar. I liked these folks better. They were very responsive and very professional. I would use them again in the future. I just called them a little while ago about doing a pond clean up in the spring. I'm going to watch how they do it and try to do it myself next year. I trust them and believe that they don't make me pay for something that I don't need. They are also good at giving advices. I can just call them and get advice. I had my heater go out in the middle of the winter and that I had fish in there so I didn't want them to die and I got some advice. They may have all died, but I got some advice about that."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"They were great to work with - responsive over email (since it is difficult for either myself or my husband to do much talking on the phone during the work day) and came by to provide an estimate, got started, and then were done more quickly than I am used to.  They were also very kind to fix our mailbox which was falling over - without our asking, they went and filled the hole and righted the post.  I couldn't be more happy.
Our yard is sloped and the one corner where the patio ended, which was the lowest part seems to be sloping down a little more than the rest of the patio.  They suggested we keep an eye on it and let it settle.  There is a one-year warranty on the installation, so they promised that they will come by later after it's settled if it is still looking questionable.
