They came in and made them both look (and smell!) new again. They cleaned out tile and grout and had it back to white (it was supposed to be white?!) and sealed it as well so it is protected going forward. They were diligent and extremely clean, leaving my home looking as though no workmen has been present between the two days they worked on my home. I was also very pleased with the limited waste from their work. The tile behind the freestanding wood stove will be a significant enhancement to the room, and they recommended an additional product that dramatically improved the look of the tile. The replacement tiles on the hearth look phenomenal, and I am unable to tell the difference between the original and replacement tile.
