Not only did they show me hot spots and loss of air conditioning due to old (1978) insulation, but recommended the most effective process to guarantee my family comfort. "Extremely professional from start to finish. When they came out to give me a quote, they did a thorough examination of my attic...pointed out all the problems...explained the solutions. I got far more R-value than expected for about 25% less than I was expecting pricewise. They came on the day promised, showed up promptly, got right to work. Even with all the things they had to do, they wrapped up my 3,700 square foot project in about five hours. Everything was neat and clean. They left no trace that they had been here except for an extremely professional insulation job in my attic. I would recommend these guys to anyone. "Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
