"This is an update to my review of 5/09/20. The Contractor called me shortly after the review was posted and said that they would like to come out and build the crown as I had originally requested. They came out on 5/27/20, Proceeded to cut off the previous crown and installed the crown as I had originally wanted. Scott had read the design standard and was well prepared. We waited about 30 days before applying the crown saver. This was a very good installation. No issues since. Crown saver has no peeling or blistering. Survived Hurricane Sally with no issue. I can’t help but to think that my issue would have never been resolved had it not been for the review on Angie’s List. I am thankful for this format."
