"I called High Tech and Gary came to give an estimate. Unlike other companies which use drone and satellite images, he sent one of his crew up the roof and measure by hand. But the square feet they got are all close. Gary explained the roof replacement work in detail which was educational. His price is also quite good, so I hired the company. Six weeks later they finally found the time do it. The color was communicated on the first day of work. It took them two and half days to finish. The crew has 4 or 5 workers. They don't talk much but they are respectful. They put tarp to protect the plants surrounding the house. It was noisy and messy when they worked on the roof, which is not a surprise. But when they left, they clean up the job site pretty well, so there was no problem. The new roof looks very nice and neat. Overall, it was a straightforward process. They don't try to sell you anything fancy, just what you need."

"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal, 499.00 for 2 painters for 8 hrs each. 2 hours later I received a reply from etc. home improvement wanting to come by and see job. They were very prompt, Francesco and Eddy came and surveyed the job, told me what they could do and provided a detailed estimate for the extras. They gave me a large book of paint colors for us to select our choice of paint. They only use Benjamin Moore, which turned out beautiful. My walls and ceiling in the bedroom were so bad that it took them one whole day to scrape, spackle and sand the bedroom. They had to come back a second day to do all of the painting. They extended me a discounted rate for the second day. Overall it took 3 days, one day to install crown moldings and install the medicine chest, one day to do the prep work and the last day to paint. The person who did the crown molding was accurate and it came out perfectly. The painters were polite and VERY neat. Francesco came each day to drop off the painters and came back each night to look at their work and pick them up. There was a problem with the first medicine chest fitting in my existing hole in the wall. Francesco and Eddy were really patient with me, when there was difficulty finding a medicine chest that fit and finding one in stock in my area. I just received an estimate for some more work for a stairway and hall. I will be using them in the future. My 2 rooms came out better than could be expected. I just love the work they did. I highly recommend them and thank them for their wonderful work.
