I've seen 3 spots. The cracks are extremely small-less than 1/8 of an inch in width-look a little bigger than a line you can draw with a regular pencil. Vertically they do extend the visible area of the exposed foundation. One area on both sides of the foundation approximately below the heaviest part of the house. The other shows below the corner of a window. There is a water drainage issue on the one side which has the 2 crack lines. There is no evidence of any interior cracking in the house. I'm guessing that it would be preventative to seal the exterior parts of the foundation if needed and deal with the water drainage area and monitor.
