"I am a landlord, and own a house in Richardson TX. The previous tenant had been there 6 years and there was a significant amount of repairs to be done before placing the house back on the market. Carlos and his team repaired damage to the walls and ceiling and did an excellent job of re-painting the whole interior of the house, as well as remove and replace large tiled areas.
