"Came out same day. Told me the parts I needed to repair a leak and told me Kohler would provide them for free. Did not charge me for this visit. When parts arrived from Kohler, he came out promptly, performed the work, charged me for slightly less than his time in the house. Since then I had him back on another other issue - remotely unlocking home for him while I was on vacation. I was happy with the quality, with the bill rate, and with his responsiveness to calls/txts and am recommending him to friends and neighbors."

He replaced the boiler and set it up and followed up to make sure that everything was perfect and working correctly. He was always on time or early. I would hire him again for sure!"

"Joe came on Thursday and took a look at my old boiler that I wanted to have replaced with a hot water heater since I didn't need the boiler to heat the house anymore. The next day Joe was able to remove my old boiler as well as empty the remaining oil from the oil tank and install the water heater. A few days after the install a crew came and took away my old boiler and tank. I am now getting hot water way longer then I did before and now have more room thanks to the new setup. "I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."
