They were very hardworking in the torturing hot sun and took their time to ensure the job was done well. They listened and were patient with us. You can tell they took pride in what they did. We ran into an issue where we thought another down spout was suppose to be so we called the sales lady, Cris (very nice) and we worked through it to resolve the misunderstanding. "Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."
