Right from the start, he was super friendly and took the time to make sure my dogs were comfortable with him before he got to work, which I really appreciated. He definitely knows his stuff and was very informative throughout the process. He worked quickly but was still very thorough. The tub looks brand new and the finish is beautiful. It’s hard to find someone who is both efficient, knowledgeable, and actually kind to have in your home. I’d highly recommend him to anyone!"

"I have a large home. It is brick. The person who came out gave me a flat number and he said orally what he was going to do. He didn’t want to write it down and I felt that was odd. The estimated price was $9000. He was a nice person. He seemed professional and he seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He was responsive. He came right out. I think I expected him in the morning and he came in the afternoon. I would use them again. I have a really bad experience about a lot of people who say they are going to come and they don’t or if they do, they don’t end up coming back to do the work. I am still in the process of trying to get somebody to paint the house."

"I hired RAM Residential Specialists Inc. to put new siding and trim on the back of my home. The end product was fine. It should have been just 1 maybe 2 days it  turned into 3 weeks. When I first scheduled the work they called and said they was sending a crew out the next day then no one showed up or called. Then on the following day they sent one guy out to do the work but he only worked a couple hours a day."
