I missed 2 days of work waiting for them, the first day they didn't call to tell me they weren't going to show up because the motor they ordered was not the correct one, and the second day they overbooked a job so they arrived late in the afternoon. The repair Tech however was very nice and professional. They just need to work on their customer service skills, like letting the customer know of any delays."
