"Painted full interior of house. They gave a very good estimate, arrived on time and finished and cleaned up on time. They did not try very hard to match specific paint samples I gave them. Nor did they do any prep work (smoothing rough spots or filling cracks, etc.) so I have a new paint job but all the old patches show right through. I would consider using them again only if in the agreement I specifically ask them to sand, patch, fill etc., every single spot on the walls."

"Brad Patrick was on time for the estimate. He had a paint that he used and would not consider the paint I prefer. But the color was very nice that he picked, French Coffee. The work was beautiful and did not get on my wall paper or walls. The wall paper removal did not go as well. The guys put too much removal on and left puddles on the floor even though they were covered in plastic to protect them. When they went to remove the plastic from the floor some of the wall paper removal got on my brand new laminated floors. Five planks started to pull up around the sides. I think that if they had cleaned up the puddles first before removing the plastic it would have prevented the damage to the floors. Feel free to hire this company for patches on your walls and painting your ceilings."

"Outstanding! Very reasonably priced. HONEST. He returned $479 worth of wood and refunded it to me. If he hadn't of told me I would not have known that the wood was returned. Arrived on time. Four people working. Finished on time. Quality work. He came back a week after job was finished/paid for to see if there were any problems or concerns. Honest and reliable. Very Very Reasonably priced. All work had permit. He was less expense than contractors who wanted to replace my roof and stucco without a permit. All work top quality. Very meticulous. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. "Thomas took photos of the areas that needed caulking and made recommendations to seal roof as roof was still in decent shape and offered to do it immediately in the same afternoon.  He accommodated my request to email the photos he took so I could have them for my files.  I liked how he explained the process while the roof was being sealed so I could see the difference of the before and after as it happened.  He also made recommendations for work for me to consider (I think Thomas is a very good sales person and also knowledgeable and provides good work.)
I see from another review for work very similar to mine that their cost was $700 less than mine and it was just 10 days earlier.  I also see that Thomas offers a 10% senior discount but that was not offered to me.  So, this disappoints me as the unexpected cost of the job is not inconsequential to a person on a limited income.  I still trust Thomas Parks' work and may consider him for a future job.
Update to review (10/22/15)  After seeing my review, Thomas tried to contact me several times to explain the pricing and the differences between my job and a previous job that I had cited that was done at a lower cost.  We finally did connect. I really appreciate Thomas taking the time to provide me with an explanation. I can see how using another review's price as comparison can be misleading as the size of the project is an important factor.  He also explained that the price charged actually included a discount and that he had explained it to me at the time.  I think that in the confusion of going from a simple gutter cleaning to a roof tune-up with the resultant unexpected cost I probably missed all the details and only focused on the cost of the new job.  So, I want to emphasize how accommodating, knowledgeable, and trustworthy Thomas Park is and that he provides quality work.  I was pleased that he was able to provide me with a roof tune-up on the spot after the gutter cleaning which gives me some peace of mind in anticipation of upcoming winter storms."
