"Pedro and his crew went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with the progress throughout the job and finished project. He took time to educate us on what needed to be done and why. He provided a very detailed quote with a complete list of materials, drawings of the current porch and drawings of what the proposed finished project would look like, and stuck to the price quoted. Not only was he very professional in this manner, he also worked in less than ideal conditions to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. Given the safety implications of this particular job (replacing old rotting railroad tie supports for a 1000sqft enclosed porch the length of the house, with proper footers, spacing, and quality posts) Pedro took all the necessary precautions to ensure proper temporary support, then final support so we can feel comfortable using the beautiful space for the first time since purchasing the house (previously we wouldn't set foot on the porch). "I first hired Matthew after my last yard company said they hadn't been able to remove some bushes in my yard because of Covid. (That's the excuse for everything these days....). Matthew's company removed them for a very reasonable price and then also cleaned up my mess of a yard. This year, I hired Deer and Dove to maintain my yard on a bi-weekly basis. Matthew comes promptly every two weeks to mow and edge. If weather conditions make mowing impossible, Matthew communicates with his customers to let them know.
