"The owner, Carter Gilliam, quickly responds to my request posted on Angi, and arrived my home to check the problem in the same day. Our tall wall facing backyard has water penetration problem for many years. We tried to recruit an expert in this field to pin point the leaking sources for many years. Did not have luck to find one. Carter even call our windows supplier to clarify the problem and the task partition among window supplier and Seal-N-Build.
