Not only did they show me hot spots and loss of air conditioning due to old (1978) insulation, but recommended the most effective process to guarantee my family comfort. My closet was always hot but my room cool. My sons room was 50/50 hot and cool. My kitchen was 50/50 hot and cool. All issues have been professionally repaired. "Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."

"The friendliness of the staff during our discussions on cost and services played a large part in my hiring this company. The tech was incredibly friendly. This is one of those traits that makes you want to do business with a company. They came out was on a Sunday. I had them clean the vents along with the dryer vent. Everything turned out well since we had no mold or mildew. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after he was done. Also, he pointed out we had evidence of invaders in our attic. Ultimately I am pleased they do more than just vent cleaning so I may consider using them again."
