They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging. 
They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day.  The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with.

This was a special order faucet from Delta purchased about 10 years ago.  I did not locate a model number and therefore, I need to replace the faucet.  Haven't had the money to replace it yet so I haven't called them back to do the work.  I may just have a new one installed by Lowe's since that is where I will purchase the new one.  Assume they will have the appropriate tool.
This provider was very prompt and responsive.  The original person couldn't come, so they called and explained and then sent someone else.
However, I was a bit dismayed that the plumber showed up without a tool that would take apart the faucet.  It was special order, but it's a standard Delta that is fairly commong these days.

"We had 2 jobs done by Iwai. First, they did the central air for our 3 bedroom house in LA. Many of the other companies said we needed to put in additional vents but Iwai suggested putting the system in and adding the vents later if we were not satisfied with the air flow. This ended up saving us thousands. the second jod was a mini-split HVAC for our garage conversion. our general contractor gave us a ridiculous price so we called our friends at Iwai for a second opinion and they were great. The price was low and when the inspector gave us a hard time about silly details Brandon sent his team out multiple times to deal with it even though it was a relatively small job for them. Both times the work was high quality, the price was great and the professionalism was above reproach. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone."

"I was very pleased with Brigada in general, they were very professional and punctual with everything they did. We had multiple locations across our small HOA that needed exterior board replacement, stucco work and finish painting for all the projects involved. The work was approached over a week, which I feel that other vendors may have tried to brush off this project as small and not take the time needed to do a good job. Everything that was replaced looks like it has been apart of the complex from the beginning, meaning the fit and finish of all the work made it look like it was there all along and was not a bad replacement job. This aspect was very important to us as we have had other exterior work done that the details of type of wood and paint were not paid attention to and it ended up standing out like a sore thumb. The onsite crew were courteous professional and a joy to have around. After much research I had a hard time having any contractors able to want to even consider this job and was so happy that Brigada ended up coming out and doing the estimate and job for us.
