  Comment: I moved into this apartment on the 29th of December 2023. I have no allergies other than being sensitive to toxic mold. Since I moved in my health has been declining. Excessive fatigue, fits of coughing and sneezing, asthma attacks and I don't have asthma, blurred vision, increasing severity of head aches. Dizziness and confused states, brain fog and insomnia. These symptoms go away when I am away from apartment but return when I am back in apartment. I started looking everywhere in the apartment and have found black mold in many places and am certain that the apartment people painted over to avoid having to correct it. There is also obvious signs of water damage to most of the livingroom ceiling and dining area. There are major cracks in multiple places that have evidence they have made many attempts to do basic patching, sagging in spots of the ceiling and discoloration in spots of ceiling. There is obvious bubbling on the walls under the paint. There is what I believe is mold in the ventalation. I am a disabled veteran who has done three tours of combat in Iraq. I was severely injured and literally died, after I returned home and medically discharged I ended up getting multiple meyloma cancer and did a year of chemo and I can honestly say I have never felt as bad as I have these last almost for weeks. I have taken many pictures of the problems in this apartment. I contacted the management yesterday and made them aware and was told someone would be here this morning to inspect however nobody has come yet nor has anyone called. I had to pay $2000 deposit and the rent is $1777 a month. Having to pay what I paid I should be safe and have a clean livable apartment. After being made aware of the seriousness and my declining health since moving in or just simply being made aware of possible toxic mold you would hope they would take this matter serious and make it a priority. I am literally dying and sufficating. I don't know what to do. I cant get a full breath of air
