Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. On a bathroom project, he saved me thousands of dollars by suggesting I allow him to try and polish away hard water stains that I had tried everything to remove. He saved the tile and saved me money. The tile looks wonderful. The room he laid hardwood in matches the rest of the floors perfectly. The old hardwood floors that I thought could never look like new do!
