They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."

I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."

"He worked hard to try and get the old water heater working properly but age of the unit was to much for it to continue. We had him install a new unit and within an hour or more we had hot water. I would not hesitate to rehire if I were to need more work done. He is a hard worker and seems to be a person who is satisfied only when the job is done and working properly"

"Immediately responded to schedule appointment and friendly. Technician was helpful with an estimate and quickly replaced the faulty expansion tank. However, the amount of communication by phone and text from the dispatch was on the verge of nagging and the tech cancelled the appointment the morning of. Got rescheduled and it worked out though."

"Summit plumbing was fabulous from start to finish on my project. I hired them for a tub to shower conversion in my condo. Bob (one of owners), and Tyler did such a great job and were extremely easy to work with. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When done, I had a minor problem with water leaking from the pivot shower door. The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower. Everyone I worked with or spoke to on the phone was always very helpful and responsive. Fantastic customer service. I would highly, highly recommend Summit Plumbing and would hire them again.
