"Gio an Darren were assigned to install a new boiler and hot water unit. I was very happy with the level of professionalism of the service techs. Gio and Darren were very knowledgeable and were able to remove and replace a very old boiler and install the new system. The whole process did take longer that we expected, but I did not feel this was due to the technicians. I was very happy with the installation. They kept me informed as they worked and the basement was cleaned up before they left each day. They were here for very long days and they worked hard at all times. Dom was assigned to resolve an issue after we had a new boiler installed but had a problem with one of the radiators not getting proper heat. He was very professional and friendly. He understood the problem and was able to resolve it very quickly. He was very careful and neat in the house as he went about the work. He explained what he did and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I was very pleased with the service call."

"Mike saved us when we were selling our house and the clock was ticking toward closing. Four years earlier, we had finished our basement. We came to find our during P&S that the contractor had never closed out the permit. Long story short... codes had changed and a fan to pull in outside air was required to ensure there was enough makeup air for the boiler and water heater. Mike worked at least six hours in 90+ degree temps to install the fan. Add in the fact that the plumbing inspector identified a few other things that a previous plumber had missed. Mike took care of those as well. Mike's prices have always been very reasonable and this time was no exception. Plus, I have never heard "I'm too busy" like you get from some other plumbers.
