it was a great experience working with this company. George came out with his crew and were on-time, professional and thorough. When it came time for a follow call, we had scheduled a Monday appointment but when we started to have a funny smell in the house we called the technician (Jack) and he said he would be there right away. Jack then drove from Ventura to Corona on a Friday night and arrived on Good Friday at 8pm to check on our issue. His attitude was never less than professional even though we had asked him to drive 2 hours on a Friday night to check on our concerns.

Great customer service by this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery.
