He was definitely different from the rest because he he was licensed, not a franchise, has a lot of experience and use tools. Some companies rely on only experience and I could not see how that would be sufficient. I raised concerns about the EMF level in the house, Darrell went a head and included that test for free and brought the device that measures that.
